Order Processing: All orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Orders are typically not processed on weekends or holidays. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cancellations: Orders must be cancelled prior to their submission to the Secretary of State.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued if the service has not yet been performed.
